Welcome to my online store. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of my website and services. By accessing or placing an order on my site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products and services:
I offer handmade ceramic items, including bowls, plates, and other functional art. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in size, shape, or colour. In addition, I offer pottery wheel classes, thematic workshops, and open studio sessions for independent work.

Order process:
To place an order, add items to your cart and follow the checkout process. All prices are listed in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Stripe is used to process secure payments.

Shipping:
I ship orders within Switzerland and selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Returns and refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Studio sessions and workshops cancellations:
In the event that a workshop or session is cancelled by Anna Ronco, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations by participants are eligible for a full refund if made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Privacy and data use:
I collect personal information (such as name, address, and payment details) to fulfil your order. This information is processed securely and not shared except as required to fulfil your order. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property:
All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Anna Ronco and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability:
I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of my products or website.
