A three-session course where you experience the complete pottery process and learn how a piece develops from a lump of clay to a finished ceramic object.
In the first session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of throwing at the wheel and create your pieces. In the second, you’ll trim and refine them once the clay has reached the right stage. In the final session, you’ll glaze your work and prepare it for firing.
Level: Complete beginners, no prior experience required

A 2-hour private session designed to give you a first experience at the pottery wheel. You’ll learn the basics of centering and throwing and create your first pieces with personalised guidance.
After the session, I’ll trim, glaze and fire your pieces for you. They’ll be ready for collection in approximately 3–4 weeks.
