Communication Through Art

Communication Through Art

Communication Through Art is an event born out of a desire to explore how we communicate with one another – not only through words, but also through emotions, gestures, images, and all that is invisible yet builds connection between people.

We want to remind everyone that communication is more than language proficiency. It’s a shared experience of emotion, sensitivity, and closeness that can bring us together despite our differences.

In Zug – a city that has transformed from a small fishing village into an international hub full of languages and cultures – Communication Through Art opens a space for understanding beyond words and language barriers, becoming a meeting point through creativity.

We invite you to an event that shows how art is a polyglot – it speaks to everyone, regardless of language, origin, or story.

Why Art?

Visual art – paintings, photography, installations – allows us to touch what is universal.
A single image can tell a story that replaces a thousand words.
That’s why we use its power to open dialogue, invite reflection, and create a space for diverse voices to be heard.

About the Event

On November 22–23, 2025, we invite you to Altstadthalle in Zug, a historic townhouse in the heart of the old town.
For two days, the entire building will be filled with art, conversation, and creative energy.

On every floor, you’ll find works by artists from various countries – many with migration experiences. Their art explores themes of identity, emotion, connection, and the search for home.

In addition to the exhibition, we’ve prepared a rich program: talks, meetings, workshops, and creative zones – all designed to make everyone part of the dialogue carried through art.
